Conaway Ranch

Conaway Ranch is a 17,300-acre ranch located west of Sacramento between Davis and Woodland, California. There are three different 500 acre wetlands on the ranch that produce rice. All of the land is zoned for agriculture preserve and is leased to more than 40 farmers. Conaway ranch produces California rice that is shipped all over the United States. To further the productivity of the ranch, the decision was made to go solar. Sunworks was proud to assist in the installation of a 1116 kW ground mount solar panel system for the property.
