Starting as a small mom and pop butcher in California, Olson Meat Company has now expanded into one of the major meet processors on the west coast. Using state of the art technology, they provide their customers with USDA certified products, while operating using sustainable and humane practices. To better their facility, Olson Meats added solar with the help of Sunworks. A 844 kw ground mount solar array was installed.
