COVID-19 Update

To Our Customers and Business Partners,

 

In response to the risks related to the COVID-19 pandemic, Sunworks recognizes that it is more important than ever to take care of one another and be diligent and wise in our daily activities.  The health and safety of our team, customers, families and community is of utmost importance to us.  We continue to monitor the fluid situation, follow agency/authority recommendations for action and adapt accordingly.    

 

Our employees have all been advised to:

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.  
  • Clean and disinfect your home, vehicle and work areas.
  • Avoid crowds and large gatherings.
  • Avoid non-essential travel and stay home as much as possible.
  • Be extremely sensitive to the issues and preferences of our valuable customers.

 

As a company, we are also taking steps to ensure we protect all of the partners in our eco-system:

  • Extensive sanitizing is being done at our office locations, company vehicles, etc.
  • Encouraging sick people and/or at-risk people to stay home.
  • Reducing travel and non-essential meetings.
  • Allowing more employees to work remotely.

Our employees are diligently satisfying scheduled installations when possible while also adhering to rules imposed by authorities and the preferences of our customers.   Each installation is considered on a case by case basis.   If necessary, we will be happy to partner with you to reschedule your appointment at your convenience.

 

Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.  Although some of our office personnel are working remote, they will remain available at the same phone numbers and emails you already have available.  We will continue to closely monitor the situation and do all we can to protect you and our employees.
